- Property details you give us — the address and facts about the property such as size, condition and type.
- How you found us — the page you arrived from and campaign tags in the link you clicked, where present.
- Basic technical data — your IP address and browser type, recorded with your submission for security and fraud prevention.
We do not ask for and do not want your social security number, bank details or account numbers through this website.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the property you asked us about.
- To research the property and prepare an estimate.
- To keep a record of your consent to be contacted.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Calls and text messages

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may need them to answer questions about the enquiry and to show that we had your consent to contact you, and then we delete them. Records connected to a completed purchase are kept for as long as the law requires.
